About the role

Your role will be crucial in maintaining a healthy and productive workforce, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

1. Providing primary care services, including conducting regular check-ups, diagnosing and treating common medical conditions, and administering appropriate treatments
2. Implementing and overseeing health and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle among employees
3. Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and policies
4. Collaborating with HR and management to address employee health concerns and recommend appropriate interventions
5. Serving as a medical liaison, coordinating with external healthcare providers and insurance providers as needed
6. Staying up to date with the latest medical practices and guidelines, and continuously enhancing your professional knowledge and skills

1. A medical degree and a valid license to practice as a physician in the Philippines. Preferably with BOSH certificate for Manufacturing settings.
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Company Physician or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or corporate sector.
3. Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders
5. Proficient in maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records
6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
7. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and promoting employee health and wellbeing
