> Executes task in meeting the goals for output, quality , yield , cycle time and On Time Delivery
> Performs one or more operations in the manufacturing floor from various product groups and/or models.
> Follows WI and other specs as stated on the Process and Procedures
> Observes and implements policies, operating procedures , quality systems and programs in order to meet product quality standards.
> Coordinates and works with Process Control /QA and Material Handler.
> Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety in all working stations.
> attends meetings when required
> Performs other task that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor other than listed above relating to his/her functions as production Operator .
Qualifications/Requirements- At least High School Graduate
- Must have the ability to use microscope
- With working knowledge in coil winding, soldering is a plus
- With good communication skills
- action oriented
