Business Development Representative - Quezon City

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) – Tech-Enabled Compliance & SOC Advisory to help fuel our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities across key industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect within target industries (insurance, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, CPA firms) through email, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, compliance managers, audit partners).
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and test outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team and leadership.
  • Research company challenges and customize outreach accordingly.
  • Maintain organized pipeline activities in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to refine ideal customer profiles and assess campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, compliance, audit, or IT services).
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable with sending outbound emails and making cold calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated by goals.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup-like environment.
  • A bachelor's degree holder in business, communications, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling to CPA firms, security/compliance buyers, or IT teams.
  • Knowledge of SOC 1 / SOC 2 frameworks or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience in a partner/channel model environment.
