Are you ready to develop into leading an exciting entertainment brand? Timezone is looking for
an industry experienced and commercially driven leader to assume the General Manager
position following the planned retirement of the current incumbent. Reporting to the joint
venture leadership of TEEG and Ayala, this is an opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.
About the Role
As General Manager (Deputy), you will spend your first six months in-training, learning and
understanding all there is about the GM role to step into to the role when the current incumbent
retires. You will own the end-to-end performance of Timezone Philippines leading a passionate
Team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every venue delivers world-class guest
experiences. From expanding our footprint to strengthening partnerships and building on a
high-performance culture, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Timezone as the leading
out-of-home entertainment destination in the market.
What You’ll Do- Lead and execute the overall business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Drive revenue growth while optimising costs and improving efficiency
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities across key locations in the Philippines
- Build strong relationships with partners, landlords, and key stakeholders
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Champion impactful marketing and brand initiatives to grow guest engagement
- Develop, inspire, and lead a high-performing Team and Fun Squad
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Leverage data and insights to enhance decision-making and business performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 10+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-site
- 5+ years of running a culture-led business with a Gen Z-dominated team.
- Commercially astute with strong track record of delivering financial results and managing
- Strategic thinker together with hands-on execution capability
- Broad and adaptable communication ability with strong stakeholder and partnership
- Proven experience in expansion and site development
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Qualifications/Requirements
