?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and courteous customer support via:
- Live chat
- SMS/Text
- Social media platforms
- Messaging apps (Messenger, Viber, etc.)
- Occasional phone/teleconferencing support
- Troubleshoot basic concerns and guide customers through digital resolutions
- Accurately log interactions and escalate issues as needed
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or digital support
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Proficient in using customer support tools and digital platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Must be willing to report on-site in Cainta, Rizal
