About the role

Auxilia Inc. is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in Oslob Cebu. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and digital communication channels.

This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers to resolve their issues in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of the conversations
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to customers
  • Adhering to call centre protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications to input and retrieve customer information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • A team player with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Fluency in both English and the local language
