Responsible for internal and external human resource training at the company, instructor management, course localization adaptation, training project management, and training evaluation management. Oversee store planning, construction, and management, including strategy and battle maps, implementation of standards, site planning and construction, operational management, process indicator supervision, display experience, and quality management.
