Business Intelligence Director

Position summary

A data-centric leader responsible for driving global performance through strategic client partnerships and rigorous project management. This role functions as a "thought leader," transforming raw data into actionable business insights while mentoring a high-performing team of BI Managers.

• Manage a team of 4-5 Sr. Managers (handle 15 clients) and oversee performance for 12–15 global accounts.
• Act as a "thought leader" for high-level clients, identifying risks (CST liaison) and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end PMP (Performance Management Process) launches, including training, call structures, and KPI alignment.
• Build data flows where none exist and provide solutions for agent/process improvements.
• Oversee HR functions for the team (payroll, bonuses, hiring) and manage the departmental budget (monthly QBR & MBR desired).
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma concepts to streamline processes and improve proficiency across accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years in BPO
• Currently a Director, Senior Manager or any equivalent.
• Proven track record managing a team of Senior Managers.
• Experience in handling multiple LOBs and diverse industries.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present efficiently from complex datasets.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and travel up to 20% (local and international) for QBRs and sales pitches.
• Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments and manage teams both in-person and remotely.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, COPC, ISO, or PMO frameworks.
