Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Services – Credit Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on credit risk assessment, monitoring customer credit exposure, and supporting effective credit control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills and extensive experience in credit management within a corporate environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Analysis
- Experience in credit evaluation, credit limit management, and risk assessment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Review and monitor customer credit limits through analysis of financial health, industry trends, and risk factors
- Conduct credit evaluations and manage approval processes for credit limits and terms
- Implement risk mitigation strategies, including collateral, security arrangements, and other credit support measures
- Maintain accurate credit data within internal systems
- Provide guidance on financial instruments such as letters of credit and other credit support instruments
- Develop and maintain credit terms in contracts, including risk mitigation and trade finance considerations
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Review and approve blocked orders due to credit-related concerns
- Support continuous improvement of credit policies, procedures, and risk management practices
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage credit exposure
- Support development of credit monitoring systems and reporting tools
- Prepare and present credit management reports to stakeholders
