Accounting Analyst- Mazda Makati

Job Summary

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This includes preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting key functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation tasks.

• Financial Transactions
• Record and post daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for all transactions.
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process vendor invoices and manage payment schedules.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting
• Reconcile bank statements with financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Expense Management
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely reimbursement of approved expenses.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Support for Audits and Budgeting
• Assist during internal or external audits by providing required documentation.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related courses.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
