The Training Assistant supports the training and development team in delivering high-quality training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role involves coordinating training logistics, preparing materials, and assisting with program delivery and evaluation to ensure effective learning experiences.

  • Training Coordination: Schedule training sessions, venues, and manage participant to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Material Preparation: Create, organize, and distribute training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources.
  • Program Support: Assist trainers during sessions, facilitating activities, and addressing participant queries.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Collect participant feedback, compile evaluation data, and prepare reports to assess training effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Handle inquiries, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors to support training operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • With at least 6 months of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
