Reports To: Project Lead / Program Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Support to provide essential administrative and operational support in running Cirtuo and related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management support with strong digital acumen, experience in managing enterprise tools and project coordination, and the ability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Admin / Operational Support:

  • Manage user access requests, permissions, and security roles within Cirtuo
  • Maintain and update the category tree (spend taxonomy) structure
  • Support the lifecycle of active strategies within the system
  • Coordinate and ensure timely central uploads of spend data
  • Follow up on Management Information (MI) data requests
  • Manage and maintain the SharePoint site and internal landing pages

Project Coordination:

  • Maintain and update project and core team calendars
  • Support scheduling and logistical coordination across global teams
  • Track and monitor operational deliverables and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to work with collaborative platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project management tools, data systems)
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus
