Location: Daraga (Locsin), Legazpi City (Capital), San Jose (Capital)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Pay: Above minimum plus incentives of up to 50k
This position requires full-time on-site presence at partner retail store locations throughout the Philippines.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement- Promote BillEase financing solutions directly to customers in partner retail stores.
- Explain product offerings clearly, including loan terms, installment options, and payment processes.
- Provide face-to-face assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers in creating and processing BillEase accounts.
- Guide clients through the loan application process step by step.
- Verify customer requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets by converting customer interest into successful applications.
- Build strong relationships with partner merchants and customers to encourage repeat usage.
- Represent the BillEase brand professionally in all interactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions.
- Report daily activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities
