Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the company’s marketing and brand goals. This role requires technical expertise in editing software, a strong sense of timing and pacing, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through video.

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final outputs for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, internal communications, etc.)
• Add effects, graphics, music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other creative team members to understand project requirements and deliver on marketing-oriented objectives.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and consistent style across projects.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Organize and archive video files for efficient access and future use.
• Regularly track and analyze video performance, adjust strategies based on data, and optimize content creation processes.

• Your own device with professional video editing software.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Creative storytelling ability and a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual flow
• Knowledge of sound design, motion graphics, and color grading is a plus
