Accountant - Open for Fresh Graduates

ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in accounting, tax compliance, or audit is an advantage but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP

Work setup: (hybrid) (3x onsite per week; typically Tue–Thu, subject to business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.

1. Tax Compliance

• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, withholding taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors or consultants when necessary.
• Support preparation of documents for tax assessments or government inquiries.

1. Audit Support

• Assist in coordinating with external auditors during annual financial audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure financial records are organized and audit-ready.
• Assist in addressing audit findings and implementing improvements where necessary.

1. Internal Controls and Process Support

• Assist in maintaining effective internal controls over financial transactions and reporting.
• Support improvements in accounting processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

1. Other Duties

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and reporting requirements.
• Perform other accounting, tax, and finance-related duties as may be assigned by management.
