MAIN FUNCTION: o Acts as the company’s representative in marketing and selling of CSC products and services.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospects clients through saturation and telemarketing.
Conducts product presentation.
Attends trade exhibits and sponsorships.
Attends bids and coordination meetings with clients.
Follows processes and procedures of the company.
Promptly attends to clients’ queries and concerns.
Does persistent follow-up of issued quotation.
Monitor and Inspects closed projects.
Timely collections and remittance of payments of customers.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Drafting, or any 4 year business course (for Sales Engineers/Executives)
Graduate of a 2-year course / at least 2 years in college(for Sales Professionals
With or without sales experience but with passion for sales
Experience in Sales and Merchandising is an advantage
With good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills and can deal effectively with different levels of people
Willing to do fieldwork
