Software development manager

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic System Development Manager to lead our software development function and drive the successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions.

You will lead a team of developers, manage large-scale projects, and play a critical role in strengthening our systems, processes, and innovation capabilities.

• Lead and manage the system development team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Oversee the full SDLC: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure efficient team utilization
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance across multiple development initiatives Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet business requirements
• Establish and enforce governance standards to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and development practices
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) standards
• Promote customer-centric solutions and ensure systems deliver intended outcomes Support innovation, automation, and data-driven initiatives within the organization

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in managing large-scale system development projects
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, and database design
• Experience in data management, analytics, and automation initiatives
• Background in team leadership, budget management, and vendor coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig Area (in front of Estancia Mall), and report on-site Monday to Friday
