About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at ABest Express Inc.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to our HR department, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Assist with the administration of employee records, including processing new hires, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate and schedule employee training, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide support in the maintenance of HR information systems and databases
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and documents
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
