Commercial Manager (Courier / Logistics Sales Operations)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead sales growth, territory performance, business development, and service center operations in a courier and logistics business setup.
This is a managerial role suited for candidates with strong experience in courier express, international parcel delivery, logistics sales, territory management, account management, or business service operations.
The role will oversee commercial performance, sales pipeline, client expansion, team supervision, courier/logistics partnerships, service quality, and operational compliance.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in commercial operations, logistics sales, business development, account management, courier services, or business service operations.
- Strong preference for candidates from structured courier express, international parcel delivery, logistics service, shipping, or business service center environments.
- Proven experience handling sales targets, territory management, account growth, or business development.
- Experience supervising sales staff, store teams, field teams, or business center personnel.
- Able to interpret sales reports, expenses, collections, inventory, and basic P&L indicators.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of courier operations, shipping documentation, delivery services, or logistics coordination is an advantage.
- Willing to do field work, client visits, business development activities, and business center visits.
