The platform includes user management, sessions, tournaments, dashboards, leaderboards, profiles, and team tools.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, follow-through, and clear communication across product, design, development, QA, and launch readiness. This person should be strong at organizing moving parts, tracking accountability, and helping teams ship on time without losing sight of quality.

This is not just a meeting-scheduler role. We need someone who can keep priorities clear, push work forward, spot blockers early, and help turn roadmap goals into real execution.

• Own day-to-day project coordination across product, design, development, and QA
• Build and manage project plans, sprint timelines, task tracking, and delivery schedules
• Run standups, planning meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups
• Keep teams aligned on priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and next steps
• Track feature progress across B2C, B2B, platform, and game-related workstreams
• Help define acceptance criteria, UAT readiness, and release coordination
• Organize documentation, feedback loops, and status reporting for leadership
• Flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks early, then help drive solutions
• Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear way
• Help improve workflows, team accountability, and communication standards

Tools we use

You should be comfortable working across collaborative, design, documentation, and development environments.

Core tools and workflows include:

• Jira / task tracking systems for tickets, sprint planning, and issue follow-up
• Figma for design reviews, product flows, and handoff coordination
• Discord for team communication, working sessions, and day-to-day collaboration
• Git-based workflow / VCS for tracking development progress, branches, reviews, and release flow
• Documentation systems / shared docs for project scope, requirements, and process tracking
• Acceptance testing / UAT workflows for validating what is ready to ship

Brain 1’s internal documentation includes structured guidance around Discord communication, Figma design systems, version control workflow, acceptance testing, and coordinated project delivery.

If you also have experience with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, or product reporting dashboards, that’s a plus.

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and QA
• Ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once without losing detail
• Confidence working with product roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery timelines
• Ability to translate high-level goals into clear next steps and ownership
• Comfort following up consistently and driving accountability
• Strong written communication and documentation habits
• Calm under pressure, practical in execution, and solution-oriented

• Experience working on apps, gaming products, SaaS platforms, or startup teams
• Experience working with Unity-related teams or game production workflows
• Experience coordinating UAT, QA, and release readiness
• Experience with B2B and B2C product environments
• Familiarity with mobile app, web, and cross-platform delivery
