About the role
Maer Summit Supply and Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Mati, Davao Oriental.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity and quality
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide coaching and mentoring to production staff to develop their skills and maximize their potential
- Collaborate with other departments, such as planning and quality control, to optimize production workflows
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
- Proficient in using relevant production management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
