Basic Salary: Php 26,000

Job Description:

This role focuses on providing customer support by monitoring system alerts and assisting customers with their service needs. The position involves answering calls, reviewing system notifications, following set procedures, and communicating updates to customers in a clear and professional manner.

The role supports 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system alerts and notifications and follow standard procedures to identify issues
  • Contact customers by phone or email to provide updates or relay information
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service requests professionally
  • Review basic data and system information to help determine next steps
  • Update service records and confirm completed work orders
  • Provide accurate documentation and follow customer guidelines
  • Assist with additional customer support tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in any field
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or call center support
  • Experience supporting an international account
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with customer service or ticketing systems (e.g., CRM tools) is a plus
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Open to overtime during busy or critical periods
  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment
