About the role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our growing team at CPE Foods Phils. Inc'. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety across our manufacturing operations.This full-time position is based in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to monitor and maintain product quality
- Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
- Analysing production data and generating reports to track quality trends and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality problems in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Continuously researching and implementing new quality assurance techniques and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Control Specialist in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality
- Proficient in the use of quality control tools and software, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with production teams
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality assurance best practices
