Job Summary:
FLR Industrial Marketing is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Mechanical Sales Assistant to support daily sales and administrative operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in industrial sales, customer support, inventory coordination, and business operations.
Qualifications- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in industrial sales or mechanical products is an advantage
- Knowledge in seals, hydraulic hoses, bearings, O-rings, fittings, and industrial products is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Willing to learn technical product specifications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with quotations, inventory systems, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City
- Assist customers with product inquiries and technical concerns
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up customer requests
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse regarding stock availability and deliveries
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers
- Support daily sales and administrative operations
- Monitor pending quotations and customer orders
- Assist in promoting and marketing industrial products
- Update customer records, reports, and sales documents
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
- Help achieve company sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
