Job Duties- Legal & Commercial Support
- Legal Management
- Company Secretarial
- Compliance
- Claims and Dispute Support
- Negotiation of Contracts and Settlement of Dispute
- Contract review and preparation
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in the practice of law
- Must have a solid background in litigation, negotiation, commercial transactions, tender/contract reviews, disputes, & Immigration process
- With at least eight (8) years' experience practicing construction law in top tier law firm or working as an in-house legal counsel for a construction and/or mining services company.
- With excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement plans and programs from regional office down to project level
- Must have a strong sense of integrity and business ethics following the cross implementation of Group Code of Conduct
