We specialize in scroll-stopping short-form video ads (think TikTok, Reels, and Shorts) that turn casual viewers into fanatics and first-time users into daily players.
The Role:We’re looking for a Graphic Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of sports culture and high-performance advertising. You’ll be crafting TikTok-style video ads for NBA, NFL, and MLB campaigns — merging slick motion graphics, real game footage, kinetic typography, and viral editing techniques to create "hype" content that demands attention and converts.
This is not your typical agency role — you’ll be building creative that runs daily across major platforms and gets real performance feedback in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Design and animate short-form, high-impact video ads (6–15 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and design static ads for use across social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Source and edit sports highlights (NBA, NFL, MLB) into engaging, on-brand content
- Use dynamic transitions, 2.5D animation, and kinetic typography to amplify narrative and emotional impact
- Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to align visuals with performance goals (CPI, CpReg, CpFtd, etc)
- Stay ahead of trends in TikTok, Instagram, and sports content — from meme culture to trending audios
- Create and maintain motion templates for scalable campaign production
- Deliver assets in fast-paced, performance-focused sprints
Requirements:
- Experience in motion design or video editing (bonus: paid social or ad agency background)
- A strong design portfolio is preferred — not limited to social-first content, but especially valued if it includes sports or hype-style videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva and Photoshop (Figma and AE plugins like Animation Composer a plus)
- Understanding of social video best practices (safe zones, subtitles, pacing, hooks)
- Ability to work independently with quick turnaround and high attention to detail
- And most importantly: Strong work ethic and a high regard for integrity in both creative output and collaboration
