About the role
Information Professionals, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pharmacist to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
What you'll be doing- Ensuring the proper storage, handling, and inventory control of all pharmaceutical products according to regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Collaborating with the logistics team to coordinate the timely and efficient distribution of products to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Conducting regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address any issues or discrepancies
- Providing guidance and training to warehouse staff on proper product handling and storage procedures
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
- Assisting with the implementation of new warehouse management systems and processes
- Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or distribution setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical storage, handling, and distribution regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise warehouse staff
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance
