Recruitment Resourcer (Construction/Engineering) - Manila

About our client:
They are an exciting, high growth business who specialise in Construction, Contract Furniture and Engineering Recruitment across the US Market. The company leadership team have a wealth of experience in recruitment, the construction industry and team leadership and mentoring.
There are 10 skill verticals to learn and understand with full training and support. You will specialise in the candidate-focused side of the recruitment process, identifying, networking, and consulting candidates through their pursuit of a new role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience coming from either an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or Recruitment Staffing Agency background.
- Must have experience recruiting for clients and talent based in the UK, Australia and/or US markets.
- Personable and outgoing individual that can be engaging whilst speaking to candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.
- Good to have experience recruiting in construction or engineering or Contract Furniture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish a network of candidates within one of the construction skill verticals.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship programs for professional development.
- Engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
- Provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies.
- Support full lifecycle recruiters on live vacancies.
