Tax Compliance Officer

Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced tax compliance officer to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To prosper in this role, you should be fluent in risk management and our industry’s principles.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Processing, recording, monitoring schedules, & ensuring timely compliance updates the government
• licenses, permits, clearances (LGU’sl, BIR, SEC, PNP, Philgeps, Dole, Immigration, Customs, etc).
• Preparing compliance, and processing of Land Transfer Titles, Business Transfer & Closures, etc.
• Safekeeping of confidential documents, permits, bank records, contracts, etc.
• Documentation and preparation of legal requirements for company bidding, post qualification, and technical inspection. Drafting & organize legal corporate documents.
• Monitoring, and preparation of the bir related compliance of the company and it’s sister companies.
• Preparing letters, and emails of administration for transactions in any government offices.
• Answer queries and make calls to government, suppliers/customers-related concerns.
• Assisting in company sales events and meetings and other tasks assigned by the management.
• Amenable to work at South Caloocan
