Trade Relations Associate

Reports to the LC Relations Officer. The Trade Relations Associate supports both the LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams in partner recruitment, activation, and engagement. The role focuses on strengthening trade relationships through marketing activities, events, and communication initiatives that promote growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Recruitment and Activation

1. Assist in identifying and onboarding new LCs and affiliate partners.
2. Coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns.
3. Maintain accurate records of active and newly onboarded partners.

1. Event and Campaign Support

1. Support logistics and coordination for trade shows, training sessions, and marketing events.
2. Prepare materials, attendance tracking, and post-event documentation.
3. Help execute co-branded campaigns and distribute marketing collaterals.

1. Communication and Coordination

1. Act as a liaison between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams for shared activities.
2. Monitor campaign progress and provide updates on partner engagement performance.
3. Collect feedback from trade partners for process and service improvement.

1. Administrative and Reporting Support

1. Ensure timely submission of partner activity reports and participation data.
2. Assist in monitoring performance metrics and partner achievements.
3. Provide clerical and administrative support for joint projects and initiatives.

1. Performs any other tasks assigned from time to time.
