Sales Support
- Assist in handling client inquiries, quotations, and orders in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records .
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Manage day-to-day project operations.
- Collaborate with installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee and ensure the project is within the schedule and assures the quality standard of the project.
- Oversee Installers and discuss project specifications and project details.
- Provide daily progress reports of the project.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, and messages)
- Customer Relations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Support in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services/products.
