Product Manager (Urgent Hiring) - Manila

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager to support the growth of our Enterprise Business Group. The role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing product solutions that align with client needs, with strong emphasis on systems integration, solution pricing, and customer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product lifecycle of enterprise hardware and software solutions, from market research to deployment and post-sales support.
• Assess and manage product integrations across client IT ecosystems (e.g., POS systems, ERP, mobile device management).
• Collaborate with technical teams and partners to evaluate compatibility, security, and implementation readiness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to establish competitive and profitable pricing models.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with both vendors and corporate clients to ensure favorable terms and margins.
• Prepare proposals, solution packages, and product positioning strategies tailored for B2B clients.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align product offerings with business goals.
• Develop product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in product management, enterprise sales, or solutions development, preferably in IT, telecommunications, or a systems integrator.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., APIs, cloud services, hardware-software compatibility).
• Solid experience in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and proposal development.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-focused.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team and managing external partners.
