Distribution & Market Expansion
- Visit assigned territories daily to promote and sell pet food to retail partners, pet clinics and pet stores.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Manage daily sales booking and ensure timely order processing.
- Implement trade programs and ensure effective execution in the field.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and on-ground promotional activities.
- Monitor and report to BDS the competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales admin for smooth order fulfillment.
- Track primary and secondary sales to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory to retail partners, pet clinics and pet stores.
- Report directly to BDS regarding daily sales calls and submit weekly itinerary
- Submit weekly activity reports, competitors update and promos
- Daily reporting thru Viber using timestamp
