Lead Generation Speacialist and Social Media Manager

You’ll also support our social media presence through content scheduling and basic graphic creation to help build brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary):

• Conduct targeted lead sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry platform
• Build and manage prospect lists aligned with Pit Mining IT’s ideal customer profiles
• Write and send personalized outreach messages, follow-ups, and connection requests
• Track leads, outreach performance, and responses using internal CRM or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with leadership or sales for timely lead handoff and pipeline updates

Social Media Management (Secondary):

• Support the planning and scheduling of posts on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction
• Contribute to basic content ideas that align with lead generation strategies

Basic Graphic Support:

• Use tools like Canva to create simple social media graphics, banners, and visual content
• Assist with marketing materials (e.g., slides, visual posts, lead magnets)

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
• Familiar with LinkedIn (and preferably LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Strong written English and outreach communication skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus
• Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• B2B or technical/industrial experience preferred but not required
