Job Description:
- Leading Complex network design implementations for clients at both delivery/ Data Centers regionally and globally
- This role is crucial to support our framework to facilitate communications between the network support team and the IT Service Delivery Management/ IT Operations/ IT Solution Architecture teams along with strong hold on dealing with client technical and project teams, to support the BAU and project roadmap
- Provide support framework for internal teams and provide in-depth technical support on wide range of Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate hardware implementation within Concentrix.
- Compliance with our internal client's policies and procedures
- Handling and protection of Our Client information
- Develop innovative solutions that bring tangible benefits to the business.
- Keep up-to-date with data and voice security standards and best practices
- Effectively manage escalations of complex problems.
- Organization of workload & priorities
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional
License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):- Minimum 10 years of experience in fast paced, dynamic customer service environment with Cisco CCIE or CCNP R&S or CCDP qualification or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Internet
- Clarity of verbal communication (pace and tone)
- Excellent written communication (grammar)
