Intermediate Graphic Designer

As an Intermediate Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating and executing visual concepts across a variety of platforms. You will collaborate closely with Customer Enablement Services to elevate our and our customers visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital marketing assets (e.g., landing pages, email campaigns, product graphics, social media content).
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Lead small-scale design projects, providing creative direction and feedback to junior team members.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Core Competencies:

• Advanced Design Skills: Deep understanding of layout, composition, typography, and brand application. Capable of creating polished, professional visuals.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Experience in user-centered design, with the ability to design intuitive interfaces for SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design software. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Creative Leadership: Ability to take ownership of projects, provide mentorship to junior designers, and guide creative processes from concept to execution.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product.
• Attention to Detail: Consistently produces high-quality work with minimal oversight and manages multiple projects effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both marketing and product design work.
