2D ECHO TECHNICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparing patients and diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures and explaining procedures to patients.
- Perform echocardiograms, or ultrasound imaging of the heart, to evaluate different aspects of the heart
- Monitors and maintains patients' comfort and safety during tests, alerting physicians to abnormal signs and symptoms during and after the procedure.
- Perform ECG and Stress Test, and others to measure and monitor the heart rate, regularity of heartbeat, and any abnormalities.
- Checks, tests, and maintains cardiac equipment, making minor troubleshooting, when necessary, to ensure proper operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- With updated PRC License
- With at least one (1) year relevant experience (echocardiography)
