About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in San Simon Pampanga. This full-time position is responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner to meet our clients' needs.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and accounted for
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that all processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise within the warehouse operation
Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse associates to enhance their skills and productivity
Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers
Generate and analyze reports to track the performance and efficiency of the warehouse operation
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Proficient in inventory management, including the use of warehouse management systems
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address any operational challenges
Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders
Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
