Warehouse Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Analyze warehouse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (inventory, productivity, accuracy, shrinkage)
Monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize processes
Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Provide actionable insights to support cost reduction and performance improvement
Manage and mentor warehouse analysts (if applicable)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of reports
Support system improvements (WMS, ERP) and automation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3–5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain analytics
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
