Production assistant

Job Description

1. Assisting in planning, managing and overseeing SMT production process.
2. Analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.
3. Conducting training on SMT processes, equipment operation, and safety

1. Evaluate and recommend new equipment purchases or upgrades to enhance

1. Manage maintenance, calibration, and repair of SMT equipment to ensure

1. Maintain process documentation including work instructions and standard operating

procedures (SOPs).

1. Graduate of any four (4) or two (2) year course related to electronics
2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in SMT production in a manufacturing firm
3. Knowledgeable in SMT machine operations and processes
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
6. Good in written and oral communication (Mandarin)
