Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate tense situations
• Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Willing to work onsite and/or on shifting schedule

Qualifications/Requirements

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls to customers with outstanding balances
• Clearly explain account details, payment options, and settlement arrangements
• Negotiate payment terms while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Manage difficult or irate customers with patience, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Follow up on payment promises and ensure timely resolution of accounts
• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets and KPIs
