Job Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls to customers with outstanding balances
- Clearly explain account details, payment options, and settlement arrangements
- Negotiate payment terms while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage difficult or irate customers with patience, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Follow up on payment promises and ensure timely resolution of accounts
- Meet or exceed assigned collection targets and KPIs
