Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

I. PURPOSE
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role involves creating marketing materials, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.The specialist will play a key role in positioning the company as a leader in the IT industry through targeted marketing initiatives.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company services, solutions, and events.
- Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to strengthen brand presence.
- Support lead generation efforts through targeted marketing initiatives and collaboration with the sales team.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Assist in organizing and promoting corporate events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to execute marketing projects effectively.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards, branding guidelines, and corporate messaging.
A. Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT, technology industry, or corporate industry.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and editing abilities for various marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- May require working beyond normal business hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:00PM
