  • What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first line of support for employees, partners, and stakeholders—representing the client with professionalism and care.
  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
  • Manage support tickets using systems like Freshdesk or Dynamics 365.
  • Oversee administrative processes such as timesheet reviews, invoicing, and assignment updates.
  • Help build and maintain self-service tools by contributing to knowledge base content.
  • Educate stakeholders on resolution processes to improve understanding and reduce future issues.

✅ What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or service desk roles.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools (MS Teams, Outlook), and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Dynamics 365)
  • A positive attitude, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
