• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

VS Adriano & Associates Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to join our Planning & Design Team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budget analyses for infrastructure and building projects while supporting technical coordination and project documentation.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs based on approved plans and specifications.
• Analyze architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans to determine project costs.
• Prepare project budgets, cash flow projections, cost schedules, bar charts, and S-curves.
• Coordinate with procurement regarding material pricing, supplier quotations, and cost updates.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accurate cost analysis.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare and maintain project cost records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in CAD drafting and quantity extraction when required.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and project teams throughout project development.
• Ensure compliance with DPWH, LGU, DOLE, and client requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or construction cost analysis (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, including preparation and interpretation of Bar Charts, S-Curves, and PERT/CPM schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEPFS drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with DPWH Standard Specifications, construction methods, and cost databases is an advantage.
