About the role
RRJ' is seeking a dedicated Stockman to join our team in our Tagaytay City, Cavite location. As a Stockman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and ensuring our store shelves are well-stocked and organised.This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment with growth potential.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, unpacking, and accurately logging all incoming merchandise
- Restocking shelves and displays to meet sales demands
- Organising and maintaining a tidy and well-presented stockroom
- Conducting regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies
- Assisting with the processing of merchandise returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure product availability
- Adhering to all store policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A team-player mentality and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems
