Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This position is responsible for processing, correcting, and reconciling a wide variety of accounting documents, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and Code Financial Information: Accurately review and code financial data to ensure proper classification and recording.
• Extract Financial Information: Extract financial data from the system and prepare detailed profit and loss reports.
• Profit and Loss Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances in profit and loss.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Auditing Financial Information: Audit financial transactions to ensure all records are accurate and complete.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain records and references for reporting purposes, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.
• Filing System Management: Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for efficient document management.
• Correspondence Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence to ensure timely handling.
• Data Entry and Document Scanning: Perform data entry and scan documents to maintain accurate records.
• Coordination: Coordinate between Operations and Finance to resolve any financial issues promptly.
• Collections Assistance: Assist in resolving any collections problems to ensure timely payments.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of accounting work experience.
• Availability: Can join ASAP.
