Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build and maintain Communications Cloud, Industry CPQ, and OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware tools.
- Write clean, scalable Apex, LWC, and SOQL code following Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support deployments using Git and CI/CD tools.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a PLUS
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Communications Cloud, Industry CPQ, and OmniStudio
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket and Salesforce DevOps (SFDX, Copado, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
