As an E-Commerce Data Analyst, you will monitor dealer and competitor pricing, validate product data, and generate reports to support pricing accuracy and market positioning. You'll analyze trends, ensure compliance, and help maintain reliable data across e-commerce platforms.

This role plays a key part in driving pricing strategy and competitive visibility across global markets. • At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, e-commerce, pricing, or similar analytical roles
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and scheduled monitoring.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.

Your Daily Tasks

• Monitor dealer websites (e.g., Atlantic Equipment) daily/weekly for price compliance.
• Review listed prices against Recommended Advertising Price (RAP).
• Flag underpriced, overpriced, or incorrectly listed items.
• Maintain an updated Dealer Pricing Compliance Database.
• Track competitor pricing across key brands and retailers (e.g., Simco, Skope, other commercial kitchen equipment dealers).
• Record competitor promotions, discounts, bundle offers, and price fluctuations.
• Provide weekly and monthly Dealer & Competitor Pricing Reports with trend analysis.
• Identify opportunities where pricing adjustments or value positioning can be improved.

• Validate product information on dealer websites (pricing, specs, titles, images).
• Track incorrect or outdated listings and escalate to management.
• Monitor promotional listings that impact brand presentation.

• Generate and maintain SAP Business One reports:
• Sales reports
• Stock movement
• Serial number tracking
• Warehouse reports
• Service returns
• Build structured Excel and Power BI templates for recurring reports.

• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows for reporting, notifications, and data updates.
• Improve internal efficiency through automation of manual processes.

• Collect pricing data from major competitors weekly/monthly.
• Analyse price movement trends across product categories.
• Benchmark pricing position against the market.
• Provide analyses highlighting:
• Where pricing is competitive
• Where competitors undercut
• Where dealer prices deviate
• Seasonal or promotional pricing patterns
• Support management with strategic pricing insights.

• Assist with product master data updates (price, specs, categories).
• Support the Australian operations team with reporting and price-related queries.
• Maintain digital records, trackers, and data SOP documentation.
