Project Manager

1. Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
2. Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, tradespeople, and subcontractors
3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
5. Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates and address any concerns
6. Preparing detailed reports and presentations to keep management informed of project status and performance
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
3. Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials
4. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members
7. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
