What is your mission
  • Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions, both voice (inbound, outbound, consultation, escalation, etc.) and non-voice (email, reporting, information processing, etc.)
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Who are we looking for
  • At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
  • Good understanding of consumer electronics products
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work on rotating shifts
  • With access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
  • Can temporarily work from home and onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
